Large scale solar water heating systems - eg. Heating in excess of 2000Litres of hot water using either evacuated tube technology or flat plate collectors to provide hot water
Large scale commercial heat pump systems - single or unique patented double walled heat exchangers available depending on water quality eg. , for use in CIP {cleaning in progress} processes where latent heat normally lost in cooling towers is retained to pre-heat water for/ replace the use of industrial calorifiers
Hybrid solar-heat pump systems - water is pre-heated for use with electrical heat pump backup to minimize total electrical load on the grid
Industrial pre-insulated pipe - energy loss of 50W/km - for transfer of very hot/ cold fluid eg. steam pipelines, and the insulation of large ring feed pipelines for hotels/ resorts
Flexible stainless steel pipe - used as heat exchangers for their high corrosion resistance and heating efficiency and effortless/ quick pipeline installations
Infra Red space heating - large scale space heating reducing energy consumption by 75% vs conventional electrical resistance heating

Measurement and Verification
Genergy is able to measure and verify hot water consumption for industrial applications.
Our skills and tools include using Doppler non-invasive energy flow meters which enable us to define flow rates, heat loss in circuits, identify residual energy in waste water, draw up accurate hot water consumption profiles and measure overall hot water system deficiencies
Performing data logging on hot water systems before and after installation of our technologies means that we can verify and back up the results of our interventions on paper
